Perhaps still the role I am most recognized for, my lead role as Catherine Holt in Fireproof completely altered the course of my career. The movie was a shocking success, often credited as a part of the beginning of the "Christian Film Wave" that is sweeping the Hollywood box office. Fireproof, made for a mere $500,000 went on to make nearly $35 million in theaters and become the #1 Independent film of 2008. It is also the film that inspired the New York Times best-selling book "The Love Dare". It has since sold millions of copies around the world! I'm so so grateful to have been a part of this film that has changed so many lives - including mine!
